Completed 20 minutes running non stop , 5 weeks ago I was struggling to run for a minute. This programme is brilliant and this run is about over coming the mental barriers we all have when we reach this week . As the programme says take it slow , we can work on pace and distance once we have graduated ๐

Well done and a great run to get under your belt and my goodness yes slow and steady is the way to go
This is encouraging to read as someone just behind you about to tackle this challenge!! Thanks for sharing your experience!
Yes I felt the very same well done
Well done. Onwards and upwards.
Did this a few weeks back at start of January and now having graduated run 30+ minutes at least twice (sometimes three times) a week
Looking to keep the running up , realistically I need to run for 38/39 to hit 5 k ๐คฃ
Hi Bess128 iโm about to start week 8 - 28 mins tomorrow and yet just a few weeks ago I was on 1 min runs. Like you I probably will need to run for 35 - 40 mins to do 5k but I keep it slow and steady! Good luck, itโs a great feeling. Iโm 60 years a โnon - runnerโ ๐
