Completed 20 minutes running non stop , 5 weeks ago I was struggling to run for a minute. This programme is brilliant and this run is about over coming the mental barriers we all have when we reach this week . As the programme says take it slow , we can work on pace and distance once we have graduated ๐Ÿ˜„

You can run the 20 minutes , donโ€™t get me wrong it was not easy , but at no time did I think or feel like giving up, just take it slow and steady ๐Ÿ˜„

Itโ€™s a great feeling !

Did this a few weeks back at start of January and now having graduated run 30+ minutes at least twice (sometimes three times) a week

Hi Bess128 iโ€™m about to start week 8 - 28 mins tomorrow and yet just a few weeks ago I was on 1 min runs. Like you I probably will need to run for 35 - 40 mins to do 5k but I keep it slow and steady! Good luck, itโ€™s a great feeling. Iโ€™m 60 years a โ€˜non - runnerโ€™ ๐Ÿ˜„

My first 5k run was 40 minutes - now I am down to around 32/33 minutes. However, I am just impressed with myself at running that far!
