Just a quick one to let you know I'm alive and ok after yesterday and I will be back on my treadmill as soon as I can!! Although I might just start off walking!

Glad you are ok. Take your recovery slowly and give yourself lots of tlc. We have a sister site that helps you get back to running fitness with walking called active 10 if you want some walking support. Take care. Rfc x.
