Just completed week 1 run 3 and it felt harder today. Run 2 was such a buzz and, although i feel good now I've finished, this run definitely didn't have the same confidence-boosting feel-good factor.
I guess thats just how it goes sometimes. Despite all my usual little demons creeping in (maybe I really am just too big to run... perhaps i'm just not made to do this... you will hit a hurdle that you wont overcome soon... it would be easier just to give up now than keep kidding yourself) i'm determined to remain positive and just keep pushing through. Afterall, i have already far exceeded my own expectations and that has got to be something to be proud of!!

Keep at it I had a similar experience. Loved the Day 2 run, but Day 3 I had a nightmare: Legs ached, lungs felt tiny, didn’t complete all the runs. I was quite dispirited. Then I went out for my fourth run and found it difficult but that I’d improved since Day 2 Keep it up!
