Just completed week 1 run 3 and it felt harder today. Run 2 was such a buzz and, although i feel good now I've finished, this run definitely didn't have the same confidence-boosting feel-good factor.

I guess thats just how it goes sometimes. Despite all my usual little demons creeping in (maybe I really am just too big to run... perhaps i'm just not made to do this... you will hit a hurdle that you wont overcome soon... it would be easier just to give up now than keep kidding yourself) i'm determined to remain positive and just keep pushing through. Afterall, i have already far exceeded my own expectations and that has got to be something to be proud of!!

Keep at it :) I had a similar experience. Loved the Day 2 run, but Day 3 I had a nightmare: Legs ached, lungs felt tiny, didn’t complete all the runs. I was quite dispirited. Then I went out for my fourth run and found it difficult but that I’d improved since Day 2 :) Keep it up! :)

Thank you 😀 i am determined to stick with it, no matter how hard it gets, i'm just going to keep plodding on! It really helps to hear other people experiences and know I'm not alone in my struggles so thank you for sharing! X

I know exactly what you mean, I have the same demons. Great job, keep it up xx
