So yeah, I’m currently at work and feel horrendous. Sore throat and cold really kicking in and quite honestly don’t feel up for tonights run. What would everyones advice be in terms of skipping this week and starting week 2 again when I am feeling better? (Probably Monday). So frustrating as I was doing so well!!!

I know it's frustrating but you have to think long term - if you push it tonight when yr not up to it you could end up feeling worse & having to take a longer break. I'd wait until you feel better - frustrating though it is. I'm no expert though - I'm only on wk2r3 but I'm not new to exercise- I'm sure there are others much more experienced than me on here. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

If your feeling unwell then don't run.. anything including the neck and downwards which includes a sore throat then don't run, anything above that, runny nose etc then you can..see the link below..
