W2 R2


I managed to talk myself in to getting out today (it took a little more convincing than usual but i did it!) and although it was quite hard today, i felt like i had naturally upped my pace... which might explain why it felt harder. But either way, once i was in to it, i realised quite how far I have come and i'm only in week 2- then I really started to enjoy it again! The programme really does give you such a boost at each step when you successfully complete a new challenge and helps to renew your motivation and enthusiasm. Plus i'm finding that I am starting to really enjoy pushing myself just enough for it to be a an achievable challenge. Im quite proud that I am sticking with it, because I never believed I would xx

Brilliant! It is the sense of achievement that makes it worthwhile for me. Starting W2R1 in about half an hour...
