I AM A RUNNER!!! Fantastic run this morning...sun is out, worked out a new route which had a couple of mini hills, set my new fastest pace record and feeling super proud of myself.
couldn't have got this far without the advice and posts shared from everyone on this forum- so big thanks to you all xxx
