Well it's completed but not as positive as first run. I think I might be a morning runner (slow jogger) but due to work I can only do my Sunday run in the morning, Tuesday & Thursday are evenings. I always enjoy the first run of a new week and then find the next two hard work. Always feel more sluggish by 7pm.

But hey I'll take the little success of completing the run.

Hope everyone is having a good week. :)

I have just done W4R2 this morning and I am definitely a morning runner, I got up and ran in 'bed' hair at 6 this morning because I knew after a days work I would find it difficult. But we will keep plodding on, well done

Hey I'd run in bedhair too but I am a rubbish sleeper so getting up any earlier before work and I may as well not go to bed..lol

You're right we will keep plodding on and succeeding. Good luck for Thursday. :)

I have to admit my sleeping is starting to get a bit better since starting this, fingers crossed it keeps getting better

Oh now that would be a welcome bonus. I am dropping off better but wide awake by 4am. Makes for a long day but as a farmer I guess early starts are in your blood :)

yes, with it being lambing time on the farm its been literally 2-3 hrs sleep a night, but it only last 3 - 4 weeks. However my grown up job is a teacher so I am back to regular night sleeps as Im back in school and poor old hubby is still out there in the lambing shed as we speak. I hope it improves for you and I hope the running will eventually help it too

Good did run1 today. Managed to get out at lunchtime which I think helped as usually I go after work. Actually found myself looking around and listening to my music instead of counting down the minutes. Trying not to think about run3 of this week- nervous about it already

Hey that's progress not counting down the minutes, awesome! Standing you in good stead for R3, you'll do great :)

Posted in the wrong place - age or tiredness, might be both.
