Just begun week 5 and run 3 looks like an massive increase to 20mins. Has anyone any advice? Please.

Take it slow and you'll do it!

Slow and steady and trust in the plan are the only bits of advice I would offer. In the words of Michael Johnson who has helped me to get to week 9 r2, “You’ve got this”!

I expect you've already heard this, but you're already prepared for each run by the runs you've done before. You're ready for this. Try looking at it this way - a couple of days ago you would have done w5r2, which is two lots of eight minutes running, separated by 5 minutes of walking, and now w5r3 expects you to do two lots of eight minutes running separated by just four minutes of running.
Personally, I was glad to ditch the walking bits. It was when I could run continuously I felt I started to make real progress.
You're nearly a runner - you can do it.

I have literally just finished w5 r3 and it is 100% do-able, it is a mental test more than a physical one, I took it slow and told myself to just keep going (good music helps too!)

Just keep it slow, remember you've prepared for this, and think about how far you've already come. You can do this! 😊

Yes... just do it..it is just a run.. slow and steady and nothing more or less.
You are totally ready for the run... honestly !

You absolutely will do it, slow and steady all the way. You’ll feel great afterwards! I struggled at W1 running for 60 seconds but now on W8 running for 28 minutes! Just follow the program as #itjustworks - will look out for your W5R3 elated post 😀
