W5R2 is a total running time of 16 mins. W5R3 is 4 minutes more - 20 minutes. Excluding the warm-up and cool-down walks, you're on your feet for 1 minute longer in W5R2. It's the TOTAL amount of time you should look at.

Besides, everything you've done so far has prepared your BODY for W5R3 - it's just that your mind isn't ready...

Good luck!

Honestly if you can complete each week it does work out, if unsure just repeat one of the weeks .

Everyone feels the same about this run but it’s totally doable! Go for it! 💪🏻

If I did it (never run before, nearly 50), you can too. Go for it.

From the advanced point of view of W6r1 behind me, I can assure you you will do it! Start slowly, just like they all say.... 😄

I've just done w5 r1, and I'm also cracking myself about r3! BUT I'm looking forward to it! I'm just thinking about that feeling of accomplishment after the run! Roll on Friday (well, let's get through Wednesday, r2 first!)
