OMG what's with the time jump between W5, R2 & R3. I'm actually cacking myself now π
Big Time Jump: OMG what's with the time jump... - Couch to 5K
Big Time Jump

W5R2 is a total running time of 16 mins. W5R3 is 4 minutes more - 20 minutes. Excluding the warm-up and cool-down walks, you're on your feet for 1 minute longer in W5R2. It's the TOTAL amount of time you should look at.
Besides, everything you've done so far has prepared your BODY for W5R3 - it's just that your mind isn't ready...
Good luck!
John

Looking at the next run may always make you question yourself but you've done all the practice for it you'll be fine come back and let us know how you get on π

Honestly if you can complete each week it does work out, if unsure just repeat one of the weeks .

Everyone feels the same about this run but itβs totally doable! Go for it! πͺπ»

If I did it (never run before, nearly 50), you can too. Go for it.
Thanks everyone

From the advanced point of view of W6r1 behind me, I can assure you you will do it! Start slowly, just like they all say.... π
I've just done w5 r1, and I'm also cracking myself about r3! BUT I'm looking forward to it! I'm just thinking about that feeling of accomplishment after the run! Roll on Friday (well, let's get through Wednesday, r2 first!)
Haha yeh let's do it!

You can do it. Itβs a mental challenge. Youβve been running and walking for longer than20 Mins already xx
