It wasn't pretty, it wasn't elegant but I did it. Born to run coming over the headphones as I entered the last 5 minutes brought a smile...I was SO NOT born to run!!!
W5R3 Great big grin on my face: It wasn't pretty... - Couch to 5K

Well done! It's definitely the one that seems to matter most to many people during the nine weeks. It's a lovely feeling, when you have to make that move from run/walk to non-stop running and you succeed.
Best of luck for week 6, not that you need it much if you've already conquered week 5
Oh great track! I love how certain music spurs me on.Well doneπ
Fantastic - well done you π₯³π I start week5 on Saturday and I have Born to Run on my playlist - makes me smile too - if Iβve enough energy you might hear me singing along π ππΌββοΈ
πthis made me smile - Iβve also just finished the same run and was spurred on by a good track in the last 2 minutes! (I was expecting him to say 60 seconds to go, he said 2 minutes π©) Congrats on getting there - Week 6 here we come!!
Thatβs what keeps me going!
Welcome to the βother sideβ!! Take Week 6 easy! π
Congratulations!
Fantastic! Well done! Enjoy that buzz ππ»ππ»π
You were born to run SueG66, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, take that run/walk carefully and you will be π. π ππΎ
