So I completed WK2 R1 last night and quite enjoyed it! If anything it was the same if not easier than last weeks! However I am not going to get ahead of myself, I know what is ahead and I know it's going to get harder. Does anyone have any tips to recover your legs quicker? Only downside to last night run was that my legs felt very weak, even after a 2 day break over the weekend. Cheers guys

Well done 👍😀

Plenty of fluids, muscles need a lot of water. Be careful with alcohol intake.

Maybe try and do extra stretching or strengthening exercises on rest days. It can be better to do gentle movements to keep them mobile 😁

Yeah a lot of alcohol may have been consumed Saturday night! Thanks for the advice

Stretch and up your rest day stamina and strength exercises too...as the runs begin to gte longer, you need your body to keep up with the legs:)
