Somehow managed to complete Week 4 although I did not find the 5 minute runs easy so on to Week 5. First run tonight and as usual with the first run I am a bit apprehensive but I know that I can run for 5 mins so deep down I know I will be able to do this.

Wey Hey!! I managed it 😊😊. Wasnt easy and had to push myself but i got there. Next run on wednesday 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Will let you know how I go but we are already running 5 mins in week 4 so hopefully wont be too bad

Anticipation not apprehension...look forward to the runs.. the new disciplines you are learning about your runs.

You are ready or each and every one...Just take it slow and take it steady and you will be fine:)

Of course you’ll be able to do it!😁 that’s what the plan does... quietlyand calmly preparing you for whatever is coming next, without us even realising it. A nice positive mental attitude and you’ll smash it👍
