I done my 2nd run on Thursday night, then walked home from on Friday lunch time (5 miles). So I’ve not really had a rest day.
I’ve gone from doing a 17.43 pace down to a 15.41.
I know it’s slow, but I’ve never run before so hopefully I’ll grt quick as time goes on. Plus I’m dragging round a fair on chunk of weight. So if I can lose weight and get fitter that’ll help.
But hey ho, on to Week 2 😊😊

Great job on week one. This is about running, it’s not about running fast... don’t worry about that pace unless you can’t talk in full sentences, it’s too fast then, there is no too slow. Enjoy week 2.
Well done on completing W1! Actually committing to it and getting that first week under your belt is such a huge step! There will be no stopping you now, slow and steady! 👌
