That was hard

Today was a battle against myself, trying to talk myself out of just doing a "short run" the battle continued until 20 minutes, when there was no argument left for not doing 30.

I had a mammogram after my last run, and have been uncomfortable since, and let me tell you, every step I took today was a reminder 🙁

Was fine all the way through but the last 5 minutes run nearly killed me! I was wobbling all over...
