It is so hard to get home from work on a Friday and go out for a run!

But I refused to sit on the sofa when I got home and put my trainers on straight away! :)

First run of week two was tough but I did it!

Well done. I did run 1 of week 2 yesterday and just about managed it the 90 second runs...was worried about going up from 60 secs but I did it 😆
