I've just completed W1R3 and I took everyone's advice and slowed right down ( think I was overtaken by a snail ! ) but still didn't find it easy...not sure if I should give w2 a go on Sunday or redo wk1 ??

Move on... slow and steady... snails rock ! :)

You did it, so you are ready to move on. Each week will have challenges but the programme really works. Have faith!

Let's go for it Dawnie! Week 2 baby, it's on now!

I think I have decided to give it a go and if I really can't do it I'll just go back to w1...we can do this !

If you do not complete a run then you repeat that run, not go backwards, as laid out in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

It's not easy but you completed it right? So move on.

It doesn't let up but it does get more fun and you start to feel / see the benefits sooooo quickly! Happy running!

How will you know that you cannot do it unless you try?

You can only fail this programme by going permanently back to the couch.

You can do it.

Nice that you did it, move on you deserve to. There’s nothing to be gained from staying a week any longer than you have to. If push comes to shove you can repeat a W2 run if you find it hard. Have courage and confidence in your abilities
