Hi lots of post where graduates have put wk2/3 / 4/5 etc - does this mean you are redoing the programme once graduating. Is this to build up speed etc??

Not sure. I went on to do Laura's C25K+ podcasts for graduates. Three runs, with Laura doing commentary, and they're Stepping Stones, Stamina and Speed. You can do these three times each

Well done on graduating!

I suspect (not certain) that it's our old posts, from before graduation, with the graduate badge added after we've graduated. I think it appears in all posts...

Yes, that looks like it. I'm doing the Samantha Murphy podcasts now which is Bridge210K. Not easy though as I can't hear her say when to walk and when to run. Perhaps she's not saying anything and assuming we know what to do. I wish it was Laura doing it. Sigh

Have you had a look at podrunner? they do bridge to 8k and 10k the music is pretty good and there is a little chime sound to tell you when to change and I believe they were free : )

Plinth's reply is probably right but there are a few people I remember seeing posts for who have re-done the programme after not running for a while.

Sometimes graduates fall off the wagon for various reasons (I didn't run July-end Sept properly due to the heat and life in general). I started back doing a couple of c25k runs and then moved on to b210k again to get going in a way that was both interesting and structured in an effort to avoid injury and build up time/distance sensibly as I know I would have been tempted to overdo it just because I probably could. Got me back on track and have been doing 60min 10k's for a couple of weeks now.

Ta for the suggestion about Podrunner. I'll look into it.
