Life getting in the way.......

My last post was struggling with week 5 Run 3. I did it twice and still didn’t complete it. Then all Hell broke lose - discovered I’m going to be a Nanny again. To twins (faint) and my youngest boy has been in hospital with neurological problems. So my fellow Super Snails I haven’t conquered that run nor have I done anything else. I know I have to be the change I want to see but boy it is a struggle😢

Life has the habit of doing this...but huge congratulations... !!!

The great thing is that snails just keep on snailing... and the runs will still be there!

Hope your son is making progress... and when you do get chance..just head out, for what is, just another run.... steady and slow and relaxed....think about the two new small ones that you are making this change for :)

We will be right there with you:)

Don't be too tough on yourself hunny, you'll get there. Have a little rest up, life can be hard going sometimes, when you get a bit of time for yourself go out telling yourself it's just a practice and no hassle if you don't get there, think about the fun you'll have running around with the twins in a couple of years!! Good luck, you can do it. X
