On my last 5 minute run today I overtook a canal barge!! Yes run up to it and past it..and before anyone says it, yes it was moving!!

I think perhaps reading other people's experiences of W6R1 was a good thing, thought it might spook me but luckily it didn't. Another beautiful sunny Friday definitely put a spring in my step. Have an awesome weekend guys xx

Good job... tricky run done and onto the just run stages. Enjoy, you’re almost there.

Thanks unfit no more I was pleasantly surprised but I think as they say forewarned...so I went in with attitude!! The long runs are getting scarily close but I'm also excited to try them.

I used to love intervals, but They were jog and run... these walk run ones I don’t get on with... as I progress I’ve seen I prefer 3 minutes over two 90 seconds. Trust in the plan has kept me on track, but I can’t wait to get to that 25!

Oh I completely trust this program and the wonderful advice from those on here and I'm starting to trust in my own ability to achieve the next run and the one after. You definitely get into a rhythm when it's non stop...might not be saying that next week 😂😂

Thank you boniobiscuits, normally it's only the ducks I overtake so well chuffed. Canoeing this weekend so no run till Monday. 👍👍🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
