Back to running.

I quit running 5 years ago because of injuries and age. Recently I had two surgeries which took away the age and injury issues almost. Now I'm wanting to get to a 5K by the end of 2018. Ive been walking as PT from the surgeries. I'm ready to add some short spurts of running after attempting it last week.

Hi Pippi! Welcome back to running 🏃‍♀️ I’m glad to hear that us Pippis are able to recover from an injury. Hope mine takes a little less than 5 years though 😀 Are you doing the C25K programme? I think I will when I return
