Well I did it! OMG that was tough! I actually thought I wasn’t going to make it I’m sure I will have to stay at W1R1 forever! And I got soaked - does this really get addictive? 🤣

Well done, you did it.

By the time you get to your third run you will be able to see your progress and be ready for W2.

Please read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which is full of tips.

You are probably going far too fast. Slow down and the endorphins will do their magic.

I remember feeling like my lungs were going to explode on my first run! Definitely gets easier. Slow and steady wins the race 😉

Well done! I'm really pleased for you :) Remember this first run - everything about how you feel and your question 'does this really get addictive?' and ask yourself the same thing in 6 months time....

You did it..... it's common to think that you won't make it through (gremlins... but we learn how to bin them off eventually).... but you did it!! It's not a walk in the park but then we know that :) :) You will improve and be able to cope - honest! Good luck with the next run.
