Repeated W1R1 today!

Promised myself some new shoes when I got to Week 6. Went to a running shop for the first time in my life: quite an experience! Because it was quiet and I was being picky, I did so many short runs on their treadmill I swear it could easily have been a repeat of W1R1. Went for dull boring ones, I'm afraid...... hope they are turbocharged in some way, I could do with the help.
