W2 R1-smashed it!

Was in a good positive frame of mind before my run today, it felt good. I decided to push myself and run through the 5 minute cool down (I had my own cool down walk afterwards). Having a nice little rest day tomorrow and then I’ll have a go at run 2!

Wishing everyone an awesome running week 😊

Well done to you too. We can do this!

Hi I’m Steve, follow the program and don’t go too fast too soon. I have paid for that mistake, pushing it before I was ready☹️

Hi Steve! Thank you for the good advice, I just felt very energised yesterday so decided to push myself but know I will have to take it more steady when I get onto the longer runs.

I've been reading a few posts on here and the support does seem amazing. Hope you have a good week :)
