Really was not looking forward to running today, especially after my not so great run in the wind and been feeling so tired the last few days (probably to do with the fibromyalgia) but I got up this morning and just did anyway...very slowly snails pace but did it all no problems. I am finding that I need to keep moving for longer than 5 minutes in a cool down or I seize up (again probably to do with the fibro) so i walked the dogs for ten minutes then did my cool down yoga. (This really helps and means I am not so painful the next day)
Weirdly, I am really looking forward to week 5 run 1! Not so much run 3 but I am sure I will be ready when I get there. Hope everybody has a great run today if you are going out. πππͺπββοΈπββοΈ

I think week 5 is the big week for the app and really sets you up for the longer runs. Honestly the jump from 3 to 5 mins running is greater then 5to 8 mins. You will smash it.
Thats good to know, i really found 3 to 5minutes a struggle to start with and when she saod thats 2.5 minutes left I was dying but Ive slowed down this week so I can run for longer and found that helps...although i shouldnt go much slower or I may as well walk πππ
