Congratulations on starting Judyrun. Best decision ever 👍

Aches all quite normal in the first few weeks.

Stay hydrated and always take at least 1 x rest day.

Keep posting and happy running 🏃‍♀️

Welcome to the forum.

Well done for getting off the couch and going for the run. This is the biggest step, getting started. Now all you need to do is follow the programme and believe in it. And don’t forget to come here often to share your runs, however they go, you’ll get heaps of support and encouragement.

Happy running.

Now I am running for 25mins with no pains. I would recommend doing some stretches before each run not just the 5min walk. I do this runnersworld.com/the-body-s...

Good luck with your running 😀

Well done you, the first run is the hardest! Just remember the rest days and don’t be tempted to do too much too soon, and above all ENJOY

Congratulations for getting started. I have just started week 3. Take it one run at a time and don’t think too far ahead :)

Well done! I did my first run yesterday. I ache a bit today, but felt good after. Bought proper trainers for running ready for Wk1 run2 tomorrow. Keep going xxx
