That was hard, and I think it will take me longer than a week to get through week 1 properly complete, but I feel really good, and really proud of myself for going out.

Just keep the runs slow and steady... and slow down more if necessary... every run makes you stronger and you will be amazed at the way you will move forward:)

After reading it I do see that I'd gone out too soon after dinner, so that's probably why I thought I might vomit a couple of times :)
