Just to let you know that I'm still running and enjoying it more and more.
After my first 25 minute run (Wk 6 R3) on the hills around home, I ran Wk 7 R1 from my daughter's and was amazed at how the flatness of the terrain enabled me to run faster, further and more easily.
Back home for Run 2 today, I imagined that the hilly terrain transform me back to the plodder I was for the first 25 minute run. In fact, I'm really chuffed : obviously, it wasn't as fast as on the flat, but only 2 runs later, I'm running faster and finding the 25 minutes really accessible. I'm no longer worried about making the 30 minutes in 10 days time at all!
This programme is really great!
