The third 25 min run and I'm feeling the fitness coming up. I used an app to challenge my previous run and did 250 more meters at a faster pace. As usual the start is hard but the rhythm kicked in at about 10 min. Also managed longer strides which probably helped the pace.
Once again I got something for that final minute kick.
I was afraid before the run but this has been my most fulfilling yet as I can feel the progress in the way my body is behaving.

Week 7 was my light bulb moment. "I really am going to finish this". I think it is the week where you can actually measure the change and recognise the definite increase in fitness. If you're doing the podcasts, you have the joy of meeting Julie to look forward to in week 8 Have fun and we'll done!
