Just completed week 4 run 3 this morning ๐ I can honestly say I am not looking forward to week 5, itโs definitely going to be a challenge ๐ฌkeep on running keep on running (I think I will be saying this to myself repeatedly ๐โโ๏ธ๐)

No fear , just brings tension, just enjoy.๐ค
You must run slow , footfall under your hips and just breathe getting the extra oxygen and slow to get you through the initial sticky phase , think about your posture and your surroundings, think about what you have learned about your running and what you may post to help others.๐คLoads of other stuff.
Your run will be over in a flash.๐ค
