Just completed week 4 run 3 this morning ๐Ÿ˜Š I can honestly say I am not looking forward to week 5, itโ€™s definitely going to be a challenge ๐Ÿ˜ฌkeep on running keep on running (I think I will be saying this to myself repeatedly ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚)

You must run slow , footfall under your hips and just breathe getting the extra oxygen and slow to get you through the initial sticky phase , think about your posture and your surroundings, think about what you have learned about your running and what you may post to help others.๐Ÿค”Loads of other stuff.

Your run will be over in a flash.๐Ÿค”
