Just completed week 4 run 3 this morning 😊 I can honestly say I am not looking forward to week 5, it’s definitely going to be a challenge 😬keep on running keep on running (I think I will be saying this to myself repeatedly 🏃♀️😂)

You are doing the work and you deserve to complete each run.
No fear , just brings tension, just enjoy.🤔
You must run slow , footfall under your hips and just breathe getting the extra oxygen and slow to get you through the initial sticky phase , think about your posture and your surroundings, think about what you have learned about your running and what you may post to help others.🤔Loads of other stuff.
Your run will be over in a flash.🤔
