This programme is brilliant! Have just completed Week 4, and am actually looking forward to the "dreaded" week 5 - bring it on! Due to work etc, I have only run in the dark to date, and I am so looking forward to Spring and graduating into daylight running. To anyone starting out and having doubts, keep going, take it steadily and look up some simple leg stretches for after your runs. Happy running everyone!

Agree with you about how good this is, I mentioned to my physio how excited I am when I wake up on a run day, and she looked at me as if I am totally bonkers....... and she’s a seasoned runner 🤔 After graduating yesterday ( how good that is to say) I am looking forward to running free without my training wheels on.
Well done on completing Week 4, nothing to dread about week 5, yes I know it's run 3, that 20-minute run you are dreading, don't dread it because once you complete it you will be very very pleased with yourself.
Must be honest, I am genuinely fired-up for R3.... Positive mental attitude!
