I WAS scared but no more!

I posted about 4 weeks ago about being scared about what was ahead of me in the following weeks but I can happily say it wasn’t as bad as I had thought. The programme really did get my body ready for the 20 minute run I did on Friday and I feel great! Yes it is hard, tiring and mentally you need to push thro it, but I did it! A very happy girl 😊

Seriously I was proper scared. It just seemed impossible at the beginning but I kept with the programme, I have added in extra training also like a lot of swimming and gym work but that was my choice, not nessecary. Now I feel I can achieve running 5k at the end of the 9 weeks. Will take me longer than 30 minutes cz presently I only run at 7km an hour but it’s a slow and steady pace. I was a total non runner at the beginning. Have hope n don’t give up x

Yeah! Well done on your Wk5 R3...you ran for 20 minutes! It suddenly feels like you will be able to complete the program now...and you will!😊...

Take Wk6 one run at a time, its the next stage in the program and is there for a reason. Nice and steady...Good luck 😊 x
