After my long rant two nights ago about stopping week 9 run 1 after ten minutes - I took on board all the wonderful advice people replied to me with and smashed it tonight!

The things I did differently since my last run;

Got an earlier night

Drank at least 3 litres of water today and yesterday

Visualised completing the run without stopping

Slowed to almost a complete stop πŸ˜‚

Did have a bit of niggling with my knee and legs felt heavy but not bad enough to stop.

Very happy and thank you for all the support 😊

Excellent job. Hydration can take a couple of days to rise fully, so heavy legs not totally unexpected on this run... keep on it all day every day!

You took the run wisely... managed pace to get to the end, and now you stand in the knowledge that you can run 30... victory!
