I am so pleased to have got this far, nothing is going to stop me now! I am 65 and have never been a runner. I do a lot of yoga but realised I needed some aerobic exercise as well. I am doing it with a friend which I can think will be good for keeping us both on track. She is away next week so we have decided to repeat wk1 on our own to consolidate as she might not be able to do 3 sessions. Feeling very happy 🏃♀️
