Hi All, just ended W3 and thought I would jump on here as well now - I have found that extending my workout by another 10 mins and either repeating the runs or doing on from the next week has improved my stamina and preparation for the next week.
Something that works for me..... the app is great though I try to not laugh when Sarah Millican calls me Flower or Pet
Keep running all.... you can do it !!!
