Ha! Yes! I often thought that- snail gambolling is good for us and so much faster than being on the couch ! 😀
I love the one that says after 20 minutes plus, "you have 60 seconds left, you might want to pick up the pace for this last bit"!!! Noooo! I'm just counting the seconds!
The positive is that on your non running days you can power walk.
Well done SuperMouse! We’re at similar stages. Are you finding your pace starting to even out? I find I can concentrate more on that now I’m not so bothered by the breathing.
