I don't usually post details of my runs but today I thought I would share two runs with you.

The picture shows two different runs. The first from September is my 2nd C25K run (I found Strava in my 2nd week). The second from today's 9k run from Ju-Jus 10k plan.

Speed is an illusion! To me I think I am not fast, others may think I am! I do know however that I am getting fitter with every run.

The point is if you are starting out on C25K and thinking "there is no way that I can do this". Don't give up. I was you 7 months ago.

We are all different I know but when I started out I was much heavier than today and significantly less fit and I could not even do all of the running in the first few weeks but kept at it. Today instead of running for 60 second non stop I ran for almost 90 minutes non stop.

Keep plodding on, keep believing. It is totally worth it.

Brilliant demonstration, not only for the newbies ;-) I feel the same as you as I never thought the C25K journey would take me that far. Well done!!

Inspirational Richard, I can certainly relate to that as most of us do who started on the C25K journey!

Any newbies reading this, I echo what Richard has said 😊

Happy Running 🏃‍♀️🏃🏃‍♀️🏃
