Today was the first run I failed, must admit I am disappointed with myself!
The first 5 mins run, not a problem, done!
The second 5 min run, started off up a slight incline, it’s only slight but seems to go on FOREVER (slight exaggeration 🙄) I stopped for about 5 seconds part way through, carried on, and then stopped 60 seconds from the end as I found myself part way up a cobbled hill and my legs just didn’t want to work 🤦🏼♀️ I have run up both inclines before and not struggled like I had today!
The last 5 min run was a road run and was a lot better.
I did not feel good at the end of the run! The only good thing from this run is the picture ☀️
Next run will be Wednesday, and I will be completing this run !!! 🏃🏽♀️👌🏼 I’m going to stick to the road and see if that helps.
