Wk5r3 have put off doing this for two days and even this morning thought I'd repeat wk4r3 but forced myself to get on with it and I did it. I have just run for 20 minutes, could never if done this a few weeks ago! Although tough feeling fabulous now, I'm going to be buzzing all day!!
