I DID IT!!! After having a mild panic attack on Wednesday when I saw I had to run for 20 minutes today , I did it! Thanks to those on here that encouraged me and have valued suggestions and tips. I was planning to do this week again thinking I wouldn't succeed. Bring on wk6!!

Well done!!! There's no better feeling than completing 20 minutes without a recovery walk in between!! I was smiling all day on Tuesday when I completed me 😁😁😁

Congratulations Shabrynco on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to runs 1 and 2 of week 6, those two runs, especially run 1 occasionally catches some runners out with their interval walks and runs after the non-stop 20 minute run of week 5.

Brilliant! Trust the programme - if you’ve completed a run you’re ready for the next. You can always run slower if you need to. This is about learning to run for a duration of 30 mins. Speed and distance can be worked on later if you want. You can do this! Week 6 is great, you go back to intervals - which helps consolidate what you’ve done so far. And then you’ll be amazed at what you can do in the last three weeks. Good luck!
