Well this morning I finished week 6. I wasn’t going to go out, but seeing as though I completely stuffed my face with pizza last night, I felt I really needed to run off at least some of the calories!!!
So the last run of week 6 was a challenge and i seemed to run even slower than usual (I blame the pizza belly) However it felt so good to hear the last 5 mins announcement and I even pushed for a slow sprint to finish!!!! Hooray!!!!!!
Still cannot believe I’ve run for 25mins without stopping- and to think I was dreading the 3 minute runs back in week 3. To everyone starting couch25k or in the first few weeks, trust the programme.... it works!!! Have a wonderful week everyone!! 😊😊😊
