Week 8 is just the same as every other week............a carefully calculated increase in demand, which, if you start off nice and slow, will be conquered.

I'm a treadmill runner as I can lose balance sometimes and it means I can put a hand out to steady myself.

I'm doing good just behind you on the runs r2w7 tomorrow.

I'm aware that I'm not really quick on it when others are sprinting next to me at the gym! But slow and steady is working for me.

Yayy another treadmill user.. my main reason for running on the treadmill is my lack of confidence to run outside..

Yeah was thinking the same..even if um going slow at least its still getting complete..

Good luck with the rest of your runs.

I have no access to a treadmill but I know a lot of graduates have done all their runs on one. It's a perfectly valid method 😂

Cool, glad both methods work

I completed my C25K on a treadmill as I get dizzy spells too and the hardest part was to stop your mind wandering! You’ll be great and have the same huge sense of achievement you’ve had each week. Go for it and good luck!

I'm a treadmill runner too. Just about to start week 9. I've done 1 park run before i started the c25k and I don't like the route. Good luck with your runs. Good to see that treadmill running isn't frowned upon.

Another home treadmiller here. I even switch the fan on in front of me to keep cool! W8R1. It’s very hilly here so I gave up on C25K on week 2 a couple of years ago. Now I feel I have the stamina to attempt outside sometime. 🏃🏼‍♀️
