Am still buzzing from this mornings run! it was a beautiful morning too with frost on the field i ran on and the sun rising. Can't wait to start week 2 on Friday.

who knew me getting up at 6 am and going out to run would ever happen lol, if you had said that to me a few weeks ago i would have laughed in your face!

hopeful i can continue this for the duration...
