Wk 1 run 2 in the bag

Just finished run 2 nothing like run 1 I could actually breath today but so much more sweaty, which is what I usually hate about exercise 🀣 didn't have a running partner today so decided to run round the garden but suppose runnings running right 😜

You're doing well and the sweating sort of comes with the running, it does lessen as you get that bit fitter, but then you end up doing what we all do and running either further, longer or harder, so you still sweat I am afraid. But well done for running without a partner, a lot of us prefer it that way....

Sweating is just about the most effective way of cleaning your pores........it is a natural process and one you will have to get used to if you are going to continue running.

Likewise breathing......

Yes, right...it is..and sweating is all part of the body's adjustment!! Happy running wherever it may be!!!
