This is my first post but I’ve been reading all your posts daily, taking on board your hints and tips.
I started my journey back in January and have just completed run 1 week 7 and I’m finally starting to believe I can do this 😊
Somehow my breathing was right, my pace was steady, I managed a final burst for the last minute and I had enough energy left to sing along to my soundtrack during the warm down walk 🤣🤣
