Finally!,,

This is my first post but I’ve been reading all your posts daily, taking on board your hints and tips.

I started my journey back in January and have just completed run 1 week 7 and I’m finally starting to believe I can do this 😊

Somehow my breathing was right, my pace was steady, I managed a final burst for the last minute and I had enough energy left to sing along to my soundtrack during the warm down walk 🤣🤣

Hi Fi0704, sounds like you are doing brilliantly😊...settle into those Week 7 runs with confidence. Nice and steady and find your comfortable pace like you did today, and if course you can do it!

Thank you everyone for your kind words. Just completed my 3rd 25 minute run in a row and marvel at how this program can take me from barely being able to run for 3 minuets to running for 25! 😊
