After a fab R2 on Tuesday I was excited to be out there again completing Wk7. The sun was shining and the warmest temperature to date since Iβve started C25K, a barmy 11degrees π
I think this was a bit of a wake up call to remind myself Iβm still a very new runner and to start every run slow and steady. I finished the full 25mins and did give it a little push for the final 60 seconds π Maybe a good lesson learnt run before Wk8!
Happy running everyone π

Thank you π it did throw me at first then I thought slow down and letβs get this done! I think because it was the 4th 25min run I thought I would be fine....a little be too excited at the beginning I think π€£
Very well done for the run and your wise analysis of what happened. No whippets allowed at the start for now!π you can train to be an Olympic sprinter later if you want to! π
You have got the idea... slow and steady is the way..these lovely longer runs are made for relaxing into.... let the legs find their happy pace and don't push too hard
