25min run done. Today was harder, the longer the runs , the more my legs and feet feel they want to stretch and run free but then I struggle on last half. So I fight with myself for the first half then and worn out for second half. I did complete the run but only hope it will all settle it time x

It will! Run slowly 🙂. By going nice and steady you shouldn’t get too out of puff
Of course, your puff will get better as you work through the programme 🙂👍✔️

I did the same run today and I know exactly what you mean! I’m constantly slowing myself down - if I start off too fast I can’t sustain the pace and the gremlins start shouting! I do believe it will become easier as we get fitter. We should be proud - week 7 .... yay! 🤗

Pacing is the key and even most experienced runners, this one anyway, still find it to be one of the trickiest parts of running, but it does get easier with more miles on the legs.
