This is my first post, have been reading lots of posts and getting inspiration to help me through up to now.
I don’t look ahead to see what the run is, psychologically I would rather not know and just deal with it on the day.
The last couple of week have been hard, with R3 both weeks being long, at the end of the last run Laura said from now on all runs would be long!! This has taken away the element of surprise, so now I’m very apprehensive knowing what is coming.
I will push myself to do it, I have managed everything up to now (just!!) and know I will feel good after.
Any advice to take with me for these last 3 weeks?

Don’t over think it Mr A and carry on doing what you’ve been doing so far! Don’t forget to keep well hydrated all the time (about 2 litres a day), take it slow, do some stretches before and after (you can find them on the NHS website under ‘how to stretch’). I found the longer runs a bit easier if I broke the down into imaginary 5 minute segments and in some ways I found them easier than the ‘stop-start’ runs of the earlier weeks because you can just get into a rhythm and keep going. Remember that each run is preparing you for the next one so you can feel confident you’re ready for it. And remember how far you’ve come - eg week 1 run 1 when you thought you’d never get to run 2 (we all think it!). You’ve got this, good luck!
