After dreading W4R1 for days, I’ve done it and I feel ok too! Didn’t think I could go from 3 to 5 mins, let alone all that in one session. I’m so happy! I was slow but I did it! Yippee!

I did my last W3 run this morning and then looked at the W4 run and nearly cried! Thank you for your post.... I will not worry about the W4 run now, I’ll just take it easy and get there!

Well done ! I've just had the same feeling I've just done week 5 run 2 I never thought I'd run for 8 mins but I did it and the feeling is amazing !!
