Yay managed it on treadmill at gym nice and steady and a little quicker at the end but not quick

And half hr work out after doing arms and stomach and planks

Felt good after

Yes I only speed up if feeling ok.

Doing gym after feels good too but if feel that I'm struggling or not feeling great next day I will go back to doing gym on my rest days

Brilliant! Try to build some stretching into the gym stuff. I find squats great after a run, I'm up to 40 or 50 post run in sets of 10 or 20 with other stuff in between. The first one hurts but its good for the glutes!

Like you I feel energised after my run and do some aerobic style stuff for a bit then stretching then some yoga poses for flexibility πŸ‘πŸ˜
