Yayyyy! So pleased I was able to do this this morning. I actually felt I could do a little bit more but didn’t. I think, hope I’ve found my pace which is pretty slow but it’s still running. Even my breathing was under control, I’m really chuffed with myself I never thought I could actually run for that long.😊
